The W at New Broadview is a beautiful 200 bed Assisted Living facility located on Staten Island. We are just steps away from the beach.
Our home not only has ocean views but offers a wide range of care services on-site, including onsite medical and specialties based on each resident's individualized need. New Broadview has been a staple in the Staten Island Community as an Assisted Living that goes above and beyond for our residents and offers our local community an Assisted Living Community they can rely on.
When living at home is no longer an option, we offer your loved one the care and services that they need to feel safe and at the same time have a sense of independence. We provide individualized care, a family-type environment and recreational programs to keep you or your loved one healthy and active.

Upon admission, residents are either enrolled in our ALP program or Managed Long-Term Care Plan to ensure the highest standard of care.
